सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 30 जून के अपने आदेश में सरकारी विकलांग कर्मचारियों के लिए सभी वर्गोA,B,C,D, में प्रोन्नति में आरक्षण देने का निर्णय सुनाया हैं श्री राजीव कुमार की याचिका पर यह निर्णय आया हैं

People with disabilities are entitled to reservation in promotion in govt job. The Suprime Court has ruled clearing a major hurdle for millions of citizens who face difficulty and discrimination in professional and personal life.Sc say that government give clear reservation in promotion to disabled employees in every categories.
